Radio Control Helicopters are not "toys," they are operational
helicopters with all the inherent dangers of such devices. Construction and
operation of helicopters requires training and caution. Ultimate Helicopters
makes no claim of guarantee, warranty or any other claim, expressed or implied,
that any item purchased is suitable for any purpose including the intended
purpose. Further, you specifically agree when placing any order that you will
take responsibility over and above Ultimate Helicopters completely
and free of liability or blame for any damage, harm, loss or claim arising from
the purchase, assembly, use or misuse of any product(s) purchased from us.
Nothing said, written or implied by any person connected with Ultimate
Helicopter shall invalidate any of the preceding disclaimer. The purchaser
assumes all liability for all potential damages or claims that might arise from
the purchase or handling of any items purchased. It is important that
insurance from the BMFA or equal is purchased when flying models with powered
motors ie internal combustion engines.
Warranty
Any parts found to be defective upon receipt or damaged not through
construction should be returned with 7 working days to allow us to evaluate the
product to be claimed against under guarantee. Any part that has been
involved in a crash will not be covered under this
warranty. Read the manual is the best advice it will save us all money. If you
have a genuine claim we will replace the part free of charge to you. You pay the
postage back to us with the part or component and we will replace it
including postage. Ultimate Helicopters will do everything that is reasonable
and within our control to resolve you claim in a satisfactory manner.
Shipping And Handling
Internal delivery service is available to anywhere in mainland UK and Northern
Ireland. All internal Ultimate Helicopter orders are dispatched using
Royal Mail special or Royal Mail 1st class delivery, which is charged at only cost
price per order+packing and sorting costs.
Delivery Schedule
We dispatch your order first class on the day of receipt if we have the order in
stock and your funds are cleared. You will normally receive your order within 3-5
working days. If we do not have your order in stock, we will tell you by either
e-mail or telephone. We will tell you when we expect that part of the order to
arrive. We may send your order in more than one package if some items are
not in stock, however we will only charge you one postage fee.
TAX
All orders are inclusive of all UK taxes. If you are an international customer,
it is your responsibility to pay any extra taxes due on the goods. We will not
accept responsibility for any action taken by customs in your country. All
international deliveries include a customs sticker notifying customs of the
goods contained within the package. This is a customary requirement in the UK.
Credit Card Security
We use secure servers to process your orders to minimise the potential leakage
of your card details. Secure process is also used for the order stage via
PDQ software.
Returns and Cancellation Policy
We accept back any goods which are not satisfactory for any reason for a full
refund providing they are in an un-used, un-opened and in an 'as new' condition
within seven days from the day after you receive the goods. We will not accept
repeat orders from customers who abuse this returns policy. Please let us know
that you will be returning the goods within 7 working days of receipt. You also
have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days from
receipt of the goods without giving a reason and we will then refund your money
as soon as possible but within 30 days of your cancellation and return of the
goods. A restocking charge of 15% will be made for any goods returned
which are not faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a
consumer.
Handling Complaints
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and provide a likely
timescale for resolving the dispute and we will keep you informed about the

You can order by fax. Simply detail your requirements including your Name,
Address and Telephone number.
We also require you to include your card number, issue
and expiry dates, security code and issue number (if applicable) and
your signature to authorize the transaction. We will call you back to confirm

Our models and upgrades should only be flown using the
BMFA guide lines and to the models manufactures guide lines. It is
